We recently put the finishing touches on a complete website makeover for one of our favorite clients, ClarityRx® Clinical Skincare. And through the whole process, we really took their brand positioning (Where Science Meets Beauty) literally.
Our goal was to make the new website itself an example of “where technology meets beauty” – and that meant both the science and the beauty had to be far more than skin deep.
First, of course, the site had to be device-responsive. The content adjusts automatically to present ClarityRx® skincare products in a design that’s just as appealing, informative and inviting on laptops or desktops as it is on tablets and phones of any size.
Second, it had to be customer-responsive. And it is. Product descriptions and choices are straightforward, the natural advantages of each product are clear, comparisons are a snap, and buying from the on-line ClarityRx® store couldn’t be easier.
Finally, it’s industry-responsive. The ClarityRx® Pro Club is a built-in, members-only portal offering healthcare/skincare professionals in-depth product info, training videos, programs and forums, treatment protocols, cosmetic chemistry and more. It also provides a separate on-line store and ordering system to replenish supplies in clinics, spas and other professional partner locations.
In this age of everywhere, all-the-time internet access, the question isn’t whether or not you need a responsive website (you do!), but how responsive you need your website to be.
Be sure your website responds to your customers. And vice versa.
